  4. Wow! You are truly amazing. Congratulations! I know it's a tough journey. For a 1mo now I've been staying to diet but then lose my will power. I have to lose 120lbs and I have no motivation. I'm scared if I do I would have all this nasty hanging belly. But honestly after looking at your video I'm very excited to say I'm going to start my journey. Mind over Matter as they say. I don't go out because I don't like myself. Haven't seen my mother in years because of my insecurity & this needs to end

  12. thanx hun andd i swear if you get these books they pretty much teach your what to do all you have to do is stick to it and by the ingredients I also found subsitutiing certain items for lower point items helped like almond milk instead of real milk or low fat mozzerella cheese instead of the fattening one they pick at times.   13. the Points Plus Diary they have so many others too I say just check your app store for points apps or weight loss apps theres another one that has workout vids nd they time you and you can work along with it for free its called Cardio for ipod/ iphone

  20. Thank you so much for posting this and sharing your journey. You just gave me that extra motivation. However i am too in college and unfortunately i live on campus for now do you have any tips for me regarding food selection. BTW you look great my love keep up the good work!!!

  21. honestly like i said if your college student get the healthy college student cookbook for starters that helps with your food selections and depending on ur kitchen situation get electric skillet, small plug in hot pot, small plug in grill, and blender these will be your saving grace for cookiing and making healthy smoothies and drink on the go. still eat out with friends dont sacrifice your personal life for weight loss but just get healthy options get the points plus diary app for phone

  22. CONTINUED…. the points plus app helps you keep track of what you eat when you eat and hase points for alot of reasurant/fast food places and you dont have to join weight watchers it works the exact same just pay the 1.99 and your good to go πŸ™‚
